Kingscrest has been the worst place I have ever lived. I have had a water leak in my apartment for six months that was making the carpet in my bedroom wet and mold was growing on the wall. They told me three times when I complained that there was no leak and they just replaced the carpet everytime. They did nothing until I figured out where the water was coming from. They stopped the leak but haven't done anything about the big hole they cut in my wall and the only thing they did to the mold was cover it with something like spray paint that they said would keep the smell down but it is coming back and still spreading everywhere. I also had a leak under my bathroom and kitchen sink. I have mold growing everywhere in my laundry room in the bathroom and bedroom and they don't care. My apartment was infested with ants all summer, they don't clear sidewalks when it snows. This past winter my dining room was flooded from a pipe that burst above us. We have had problem after problem and they are not willing to compensate us for anything. We pay $1015 and it is not worth all the problems. The manager has be is extremely rude through everything. Parking is horrible. I also had a problem with my washer wheni did laundry it made a high pitched squeal. They came and "fixed" it and two days later was doing the same thing. So when I called again they just moved it to the apartment upstairs because it was vacant and gave us theirs. Now that someone lives there I hear it everytime she does laundry
