As far as Fredneck goes, I suppose this place is nicer than most. However, please ask to see the apartment before signing your lease. My apartment had a stale, moldy smell. This was caused by......guess what''.....yes, it was mold or mildew. Not sure what it was really but it was not a pleasant smell in the least. Ewww!
