I've lived here for a year and have hated it since day one. They do not maintain their buildings. My building is a complete dump that needs a really bad pressure wash, which was promised this spring and never happened. Also the kids in the neighborhood have parties every weekend and keep everyone up until 2 sometimes 3am. The office staff is very nice, but when it comes to the buildings and the people who live in them this is a poor place to live. I've had my car vandalized twice living here.
