As soon as we moved in, there was water leaking through the foundation into the carpet. The maintenance employees pretended like they weren't aware of the problem beforehand. After reading the problems people have had on this website, I am furious that I was told they "Never had any problems" with the apartment before. They had just put new carpet in the apartment before I moved in, so that was meant to "cover up" the problem. Of course they knew and they didn't care! Also, the air conditioner did not work properly. It was always really humid in the apartment.
