Lived here for two years. I was generally happy until they changed management staff. The 'type' of people moving here is getting worse, rent went up considerably and the water/sewer flat rate is just a scam. They have a lot of competition in the area so I cannot understand all of these changes. After my second year I decided to not renew my lease. It's too bad. It use to be a great place.
