It's a generally quiet, safe neighborhood. I feel safe walking around regardless of the hour.

Fellow tenants are reasonably quiet. The worst I've experienced is an occasional noisy motorcycle or car starting up in the parking lot, and an impatient cab driver honking his horn. That and you can hear your upstairs neighbors if they are stompers/heavy footed, but that's in just about every apartment building you'll find.

The staff is responsive to requests for specific maintenance, though the place could use a little more routine maintenance. As far as I know the only "routine" thing they've done is change my air filter.
