I have been a residence at Kingscrest apartments since 1995 and have always enjoyed living here. The ambience is conducive to a pleasant living experience.

The staff in the office and the maintenance people are just wonderful. They are always around to help and provide quick responses.

Well maintained grounds, trash and snow removal are top notch.

The maintenance staff is excellent, quick response time.

Neighbors are very pleasant.

24 hour access to the work out room and in the summer the swimming pool is a great way to relax, kept very clean.

There are many services provided such as a car wash, complementary videos and many more.

The office promotes a friendly community feeling, often hosting parties where they provide food, drinks and door prizes during the year.

Never a problem with parking.
