Little kids with no supervision, domestic disputes, police constantly in and out. Horrible place to live if you want a safe, relaxing lifestyle. Maintanence is atrocious, unless 'ask, and you shall never receive' is your style. The good reviews for this place are OBVIOUSLY by the office staff. I really don't feel safe living here, but like lots of people, can't afford to move.

My review was good and I stand by it...I am a resident who's occupation has nothing to do with Kingscrest Apartments or Sentinel.

I must disagree with this review too. I am also a resident and the author of the review on 3/6. The place isn't perfect, but I have found that the maintenance staff have a reasonable response time and I have never felt unsafe. I have never witnessed any domestic disputes and seeing a sheriff's car is a rarity. As far as unsupervised children go, I have witnessed this as well. But unfortunately I've noticed that this is more the rule than the exception these days.

I think your funny. Again this is your experience. I have never seen the police except when they are at the school during dismissal. Go live on route 40 for six month's and tell me how you feel about service requests, children and adults, and police. I did it for four months and that's why I am here now. Do you really think the office staff has time or cares to write on this site? After all they don't own the place, they only work here.

If you've never seen the police then you must live by the school..or never look out your window. Come around to the other side and you will see them often. And The Kid issue is very real. Where are the parents...these kids are out late at night! I can't wait to leave!
