If you are looking for an affordable, relatively safe community outside the city limits of Frederick, this is a great pick. They have very good service and excellent maintence. The layouts are not so well designed, leaving the quarters a bit more cramped than neccessary. The one bedroom is the best layout creating more openness and simple organization. If you are willing to live a bit farther away from the city, there are cheaper buys (Middletown, New Market). If you are willing to spend a bit more there are roomier and more comfortable places (Mountain Glen). Overall great place for starters.
