I was scared of making the wrong choice when I moved to this city. I have been a resident now for almost a year and happen to read some of the things people wrote. They are probably just upset they didn't get their way with something, because it's not true. The staff is super friendly. I know they have been working hard to improve things even more. I am female, live on the first floor ( I was nervous about that as well) but I feel safe here. The grounds are well maintained and I highly recommend you choose this place over all the other high priced places. You get so much more for your money here. The most important thing is the walls are sound proof. I never hear my neighors. The bottom line is come visit it for yourself before you go off what some mad idiot wrote. You won't regret it!

This person probably works for the apartment complex. I haven't lived there for about 2 1/2 years now but I won't forget my horrible experiences. A drug bust in my neighborhood, extremely rude management staff, and this person's comment about sound proof walls is quite hilarious! I was not the only neighbor to lodge noise complaint; this place has no noise insulation whatsoever. "New to the City...very impressed" must need to get her hearing checked! And as for the apartments, they???re not worth the money. They appear nice initially but wait until doors start falling off of cracked hinges, the washing machine starts to leak oil all over your floor, and the sliding glass door that never locked gets ???fixed??? three times but still never locks!
