I stayed in this apt and had the worst exp,

Cons :I was given a old and unclean apartment and was charged a heafty deposit as well, they not only put all my money and inspite of many requests for Move out inpsection, no one turned up while I am present was ignored and then sent a huge bill adjusting to the deposit. The grounds are not well kept and noisy there was no proper lighting, in all the parking places. You only talk to a leasing consultant and not to a Manager, no matter what. The maintainece request and seldom adehered, the patio door always has problems.

Pros : Big size apts and silent and nice neighborhood

I would rather live elsewhere for the same rent.
