Love it! Why all the bad reviews'

I've lived here for over a year and have had minimal issues. We've had a couple maintenance issues that were resolved within two days, but I would have preferred within 24 hours. However, when our water heater broke, they replaced it the very next day. Even though our washer was in working order, it was old so they upgraded it for us!
The complaints about not enough parking are a joke! We ALWAYS are able to park right in front of our building, even when we get home from work at 9 pm. Plus whenever we have friends or family over, they never have to park anywhere other than directly in front of our building.
The staff is not rude or inconsiderate like many of the negative reviews have said. Maybe you have your own personality issues, because I've always loved the staff here, especially the manager. She's extremely nice and always tries to help us immediately.
Inside the apartment you'll find a spacious floor plan for a reasonable price. The appliances may not be from this year, but they work great and don't look old. The balcony is slightly wider than average, and a full size washer/dryer is nothing to complain about.
Maybe it's because I live on the third floor, but I've never had problems with noise. Once, my neighbor was throwing a party and invited me over, and I was shocked to see so many people there and to hear loud music. I share a wall the length of the apartment with him and heard absolutely NOTHING!
I wish I could stay another year but have to move because of financial problems. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to rent and can't afford the always rising cost of living in Frederick. For an apartment that's on the lower end of the price range, you get a safe, quiet neighborhood (as a woman, I feel safe walking my dog at 2 in the morning); tennis courts; a volleyball court with sand; a dog run; a 5 foot pool (deep for apartments!); plenty of doggy bag stations; ample parking; a modern floor plan; 24 hour medium-sized gym; multiple playgrounds; friendly, courteous staff; etc. Also, located on Corporate Dr., you'll have easy access to Ballenger Creek Pike and New Design Road, both just minutes from 15, 70, 270, and downtown Frederick. Also within a 5 minute radius is the FSK mall, dozens of restaurants, liquor stores, several grocery stores, Wal-Mart, good schools, banking centers, etc. I really couldn't ask for more and am sad to be leaving soon. Umm live here 5 years. Maybe you'll change your tune. If there are many negative reviews, there must be truth to it. Issues: If you live in a smaller court parking is limited. Apparently you haven't lived here long enough to realize your court is bigger. You've always loved the staff... funny most have been here-Less Than a Year! I live on the third floor, amazing how you can't hear anything up that high. Whatever. As for the party you went to, in
the lease it says no parties so you are contributing to the problem, great job. Next time please review your conduct before you comment on any personality disorders you are construing for honest opinions.

To be honest.... The original review sounds more like it was written by the staff.. Seems like a advertisement not a review.

Definitely sounds like an advertisement to me. This has to be written by a staff member. The person who wrote this included everything that I was told when management convinced me to move in (regretfully)

I'm not a staff member...seriously! I wanted to write a review that reflects exactly why I like living here.
