I am a single female who wanted to live close to my work. The area around the complex is not the greatest. However, I have had no problems within the complex. I live at Baker Place, and I love my apartment. This was the only apartment that I found in Frederick to have built-in book shelves. My appliances were very clean, almost like new. I loved having a washer and dryer in the aparmtent. The complex pool needs improvement. The lifeguard is horrible for the past 2 summers. The fitness center is small and is not open 24 hours. I do like the management, and have had no problems with maintence. Overall, a very nice place. But $900 is a little much for 1 Bedroom.
