The only reason I moved here was the beautiful scenery, and grounds. It looked like a picture out of a story book.

Soon after deciding we were moving in, things changed. We were told that our security deposit would be no more then $500, then when it came time to pay that, it turned out to be $1175, which is one months rent for a very small three bedroom. We told the manager that thats not what she originally told us (the day before) and all she told us was it was really too late to do anything else about it.

The place looked like a good deal, nice size, big, until you put furniture in it. I cant even move in my kitchen! It's seriously only big enough for one person to be in at a time.

I also have a cat, as if pets arent expensive enough, $300 with 150 refunable, if theres no damage, but we all know theyll find something the cat did even if he didnt, then $20 extra a month'! come on! I called three other upper scale apartment complexes, they all said its a $100 one time fee, for a combined weight limit of 75lbs. Here the weight limit is 20lbs on just one pet! i know some cats who are pushing that!

We are breaking our 18 month lease only 3 months into it. We called three times to see what happend to a check. It hadnt been cashed, and we were just curious as to why they hadnt cashed it after 3 weeks. I mean, can you see it worth asking where $2350 are' Our calls were never returned, and when we finally got ahold of the manager she told us that the money was in their hands, and it was none of our business anymore where the check was, that was the last straw.

If you want a place that has rude people and rips you off, this is your place, otherwise, look elsewhere.
