1. Parking sucks!! Always having to park way away from your bldg.
2. Mail boxes are tiny. Can't even fit a b-day card through slot!
This place is great until you move in! The staff is great until you move in! Along with a lot of writers on this review, I have also had problems with the staff. Too much money for what you get. I can see outside through the cracks between my door, its not weather stripped at all! Sometimes when the snow melts I get water coming in. Called several times and when finally a man arrived he had no idea what to do. I just went to Home Depot and did it myself, $35. This place sucks. They are trying to charge me $20 extra on top of the already $30 pet fee because some tenants don't want to pick up there dog waste. Thats ridiculous.
