My apt leaked several times and grew mold before anything was done. I had to go through numerous livingroom furniture at my own cost because of leaks when it rained. We were finally transferred at no cost to a much smaller unit after lots of arguing and stress. The unit we were moved to was not cleanned and carpets were not replaced. Tennents before us had dogs so there are potty spots that wont come up and scatched torn tiles in kitchen they wont fix. We had to pay carpet cleanners to clean because my husbands allergic to pet dander and hair which were on carpet when we moved in & carpets still nasty even though they charge high pet fees per mo. they still didnt give us new carpet upon moving in. The unit was filthy dirty when we moved in we had to scrub room to room. The staff are rude and act bothered when you call. We can't wait for our lease to be up to move . Security is not a plus here either. To sum it up small living units, high prices, poor quality, rude staff!
