For the Frederick area the price is about as good as your going to get for a decent place to live. The apartments are nothing special except for the washer and dryer in unit. The staff is great until you sign the lease. I mean they really suck up to you until you actually move in then its like pulling teeth to get anything done but I will say that the community landscapping is well maintained. One block away is nice town houses and in the other direction you have a ghetto. In closing I still think the Manor is overpriced but about as good as your going to get for the area.
