are you kidding' under the new management that boasts "Fair housing instead of being understanding'' please! They apt that was shown to me was so dirty!! I wnt to Crystal Park, where they take pride in their apts!! The manor is not a good place to live! a friend of mine said in order to get them to spray for roaches is to be "put on a list" and that takes weeks!! Ck out Crystal Park, you wont be dissapointed!! Kingscrest is yet another joke as well.. they must use the same cleaning company.

As a former resident of Crystal Park, the Manor is an upgrade! Crystal Park is an old (18 years)run down community with an obnoxious, rude, condescending staff. The grounds are trashed, there is NO ADEQUATE parking, and the maintenance staff is unknowledgeable and unlicensed. If that's what you want in an apt community, by all means, Crystal Park is for you!

Anywhere near the mall is bad! Stay away! If you want a REAL apartment, do to the Francis Scott Key Apartments downtown. You'll spend more, but it's worth it!!!! Can't put a price on your safety!!!
