Lets talk about the NEW apartments, I feel for the people that for the second time the fire alarms have made them come outside in the cold and it takes the fire department forever to get there, plus most of these people have young children. When something like this happens it affects the whole neighborhood and yes everyone is concerned. Never has the rental office offered and explanation as to why this keeps happening.
