I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Before we signed the lease the acted very nice and efficient, but that all changed.
We started to notice that the apartment would get a lot of condensation in it when we ran the dryer. Tehn we started to discover a funny smell especially aroiund the windows and in the bathroom and bedroom. So we called to report possible mold. When they got around to sending someone they cut a huge hole in the wall and dicovered mold. They didn't want to move us, they kept asking if we could stay there while they tore out the apt. So weeks later they finally moved us. It was a nightmare!!!! Then at our new place when we moved in it was dirty and there were bugs every where. So we had to clean it our selves. Then we have discovered that a pit bull lives here at this complex(*Which is against the lease) We have made several complaints since January, but still they do nothing. So, they allow some people to break rules in the lease agreement. This place looks nice but is not. We have also had several other problems, our ceiling began leaking, our door knobs are falling off, tiles coming off the bathroom wall etc..... I would never live here again. The facade is deceiving..... just wait till you move in.
