I love my apartment. We moved into the brand new buildings at baker place last summer and have been completely satisfied with the apartment. We have had maybe 3 work orders, if that, and they have been resolved quickly. The management and staff are a little shady but the maintenance team is great.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone, plus you can't beat the price. If you drive 40 minutes away it's at least $400 more per month. The grounds are beautiful - and a lot of the residents have dogs. I have never once walked by and seen another dog's mess anywhere.
