I have lived at Baker Place for the last two years and am renewing for my third year. Their extremely professional sales staff was the first thing that turned me onto the Manor Apartments. I had a few minor issues when I first moved in that were very quickly rectified by the staff. I have never had any real issues with my apartment and would recommend it to anyone that they spend the extra money for the superb area. This apartment is one of the best and safest places to live in Frederick.
