Would move back in a heart beat.

I didn't really know how good I had it until I moved out of the Manor. I lived on the new side in a brand new building. The apt. was in perfect condition with really nice appliances. We never had any problems. I did not have many interactions with the office (which I count as a good thing), but when I was in there, the staff was very polite and helpful. The grounds are kept up on a regular basis, I never had trouble finding parking, and could not hear any noise from any of the other apartments (although we were on the top floor). There were a few instances of another couple in the next building over fighting loudly in the parking area, but it was far from frequent.
The surrounding neighborhoods are a little dicey, but nothing terrible and there is little to no spill over into the complex. My only complaint is that the commute to DC sucks, but that is hardly the Manors fault. I live closer to the city now and would happily move back to Frederick, but then again, I wasn't the one making the commute.
