My entire year at the residences was horrible. The young kids below had lots of extra people living in the unit that weren't on the lease and management wouldn't do anything about it. The kids were extremely loud, played their music at various hours and were just disrespectful to other tenants. They had tacky plastic owls and dead plants on the patio which is supposed to be against the rules. I asked for an early termination because I was so unhappy and management said they posted a note on my door giving me permission to terminate early but I never received this important notice on my door. So, they wanted to charge me for holding over when I never left. Mind you, they mailed all other documentation but this.

There were various missing pieces of documentation that they always seem to lose. They lost my pet addendum, but cashed the pet deposit that was sent in the same envelope and things like that.

They have kids running the management office that little to no experience in the job or customer service. I'd think twice before I rented here. It's in a poor neighborhood and had poor management and customer service. They're rude, thoughtless and don't abide by the rental agreement.
