I moved there in 2001, yes, 2001, I inaugurated one of the one bedroom apartments beside the small Golf Putt Green. I have no complaints about the apartments itself, but I will never return because of the staff and the stupid people that worked there. They were lazy, closed the office because of any possible reason, rain and thunder (let's go!), sun (too nice let's get outta here), snow, TGIF (yeah let's get out to a happy hour), etc, etc...If you needed to talk to them for any reason it was basically when you had a day off at work and you had to be there all day to get something out of them...

The people were idiots and I'm talking ALL OF THEM. The manager (a lady then) and her staff were all the same. They were not nice, they were not efficient, etc and they seemed to be corrupt.

After I left the apartments in June 2002, I got a letter from some attorney because somebody was suing them for misleading things on their contract. I decided to join the process and last year I received two checks with some cash...Not a lot but of course the apartment people lost the case...idiots...

So, if you don't mind dealing with stupid people, go ahead...make your payments on the drop box, but you WILL have to talk to them at one point,.....good luck.

Oh BTW, I have friends that currently live there, and they complain about the same crappy service....

Very true about the staff. They are very unprofessional. The first month we lived here we were going to pay our rent for the first time and the lady in the office snapped at us and said "don't give me that". Wow! Thanks for the welcome. We then realized that there is a drop box outside the office...we learned our lesson. Then when we have had some maintenance issues the admin assistant, --, as been very rude and unprofessional to us. She made it clear that there were "587 apartments" that they keep up with and ours was merely one of them...very true, but we pay rent for that 587th apartment and should be treated just the same as anyone else. Don't you want us to re-sign a lease? HAHA!!! I would highly recommend speaking nicer to your residents. So so rude. I just couldn't believe it.
