I have been living at the FSK Hotel for 4 years and i can honestly say that
this is the best place i have ever lived. Yeah there are some noises seeing as how it's a down town area. But the staff is awesome and the units are top notch. Parking is expensive but that is not the fault of the management agency. If you pay for the parking deck pass then you can expect a nice well lit and decently secure garage. i have never had my car broken into.
