Good place, little issues. Generally happy - I've lived in a renovated apartment here for 2 years and a few months. Got a pretty good rate for the new kitchen and bath my place. Generally happy. Great Apartments These are the nicest apartments in Frederick...by FAR! The office staff is friendly and professional - they truly care about their community and do everything in their power to solve any issues that arise. The maintenance staff is phenomenal! Maintenance issues are fixed usually

Water Leaks!!! The windows leak enough to cause mildew in apartment. They refused to fix issue. Worst apartment in Frederick to live. Management changed while I was there and hit rock bottom.
