Happy with the Apartment but Utility Billing is Unfair - Great Location. Excellent for small pets. Parking is plentiful. They don't issue parking tickets, they tow within 30 minutes or less which is nice. Good presence of maintenance and security (on golf carts). Great place to walk dog outside of apartment complex. Management staff killed my experience - I lived here for two years and in two different units. I would have to say if you rent, do not rent close to the leasing office. The noise and parking is a lot better on the outskirts of the community. Do not rent an apartment off of Muddy Branch if you can help it! Much, much Better! - Most of these reviews are a few yars old, and they were accurate at the time. But management has really cleaned up the neighborhood.
