Fairly decent, but slightly overpriced.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
This apartment community is one of the best communities one can find in this region especially given the location.
But the parking space made available after 6.00 pm leaves a lot to be desired. Also the response to service requests can be a tad bit slow unless you manage to speak to the right personnel when you're at the rental office.
All in all this is not a bad deal if you're willing to pay the price for the minor luxuxries which make living here a real pleasure.
