Holy Cow!
I moved here recently for a short-term lease whle we are building a new house and I swear, the place is SINKING and FALLING IN. Our 2nd floor balcony is so sunken that we are afraid to walk out on it! The boards are weak and warping.
The apartment walls are peeling, leaks all over. This is a DUMP. Old appliances, mold under carpet in closet.
Management will do nothing. Paying close to $2,000 per month for the "privelege" of living here. Only two more months to suffer - BEWARE.
