I was going to renew my lease until I got a letter stating that my rent would increase more than 20%!!! $1100 for a small 715 sq ft apartment is absolutely ridiculous! On top of that, when you walk from your car to your apartment, you can regularly smell someone smoking pot. It's noisy and poorly insulated. The apartment is just not worth the money.
