thats not pot you dorks, its old man Charlie who sits up on the 2nd level and smokes cigars. He smokes Philly Blunts (which some people use to roll erb) and i think it smells great. there have been a ton of problems with my place, but when i submit a ticket it gets fixed usually w/in 24 hours (including a hot water heater replacement). yes the women in the office are a bunch of -----...but so what. you would be a stuck up ---- too if you had to deal with all of these people complaining all day long, and judging by the rest of the board, you have found a lot to complain about.
