If you rent with Archstone, read ALL the fine print. They WILL drain your bank account. I don't even know if what they do is legal, but whenever you turn your head, they'll charge you for something they didn't tell you about. I easily spend $200 more a month ontop of my rent because of their money-sucking fraud. Seriously
