This by far has gone down hill since Archstone sold it last year. I am now forced to go to court to prove that I have been paying my rent on time cause someone at the front office didn't enter my rent into their system. Trying to get ahold of the manager is like winning the lottery and don't expect them to return your calls.
On other notes, the floors are REALLY thin. I can hear almost every single sound of my upstairs nieghbors. The apartments have not been renovated since they were built in the early 90's and it shows. Even though they are trying to charge market rate compared to other apartments in the area which have new everything. The outside area is littered with pet feces due to the fact that none of the pet owners seem to be able to clean up after thier pets.
About the only good thing about this dump is that you can walk to the Washingtonian Center. And that is it, there is nothing else worthy about this place.

I to feel the same ay you do. I am a tenant here and I see a difference since the new management company took over. You can hear every litle noise and the apartments are very old and in need of repair. Management claims to care but they don't. Lisa is about the only competent person working their.
