I leased with Archstone and was very impressed when I moved in. Since the new company has taken over, I see a big difference. The new management does not seem as professional as the other staff. Lisa is about the only competent person working their. You can hear everything going on in the other apartments. Maintenance is quick to respond to your requests however they are very rude. The other neighbors are very noisy and don't care about you. Since the new company has taken over, they are trying to change the archstone residents lease. Archstone allowed you to pay rent by the 10th. This new company considers your rent late by the 2nd and keeps threatening to take you to court or call their lawyer. Who wants to deal with that. The complex is very old and the appliances are old. The whole unit needs a total renovation...
