I feel very safe living there, which is a big plus for me. I do agree that I can hear my neighbors when they walk, however it is only when I am in my bedroom and I have gotten used to it. I love the fact that there is plenty of parking and that there is a free shuttle to the Metro. I also like the free gym, pool and tennis courts. However I thought the fee when I first moved in was a little high. The management company does have its faults, such as when they didn t get the dumpster fixed for like a month and the trash was piling up everywhere, I was not impressed by that. They are very friendly and Lisa is the best one there. I think their rent is a little high, but it is high in most of MC. Their maintenance people have been great, they come at least by the second day you give notice and they have been very friendly, and get the problem fix as best they can by the next day or so. Overall I have been pretty happy there and have and will continue to recommend to other people
