Heaven on Earth From: pela Date posted: 12/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Excellent staff, excellent maintenance, excellent apartment. Staff (office staff and maintenance staff)--caring, courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgable, honest. I dont have one complaint about anybody. They throw in lots of unexpected extras--like free pet sitting when youre on vacation--they even sent out Christmas cards. Maintenance requests--Very fast turnaround--all of my requests have been completed in 1 day--and completed properly so that the same problem doesnt recur. The maintenance staff even clean up after themselves! Apartment--Well-maintained--ev works, its clean and quiet, neighbors are friendly. Only drawback is smallish closets. I highly recommend.
