pretty good all around From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I've been here a few years and generally am pleased. The office staff has been relatively stable and I know most of them by face and/or name. They hold parties around holdays that makes in nice and friendly. The maintenance staff has been good, reparing toilet/faucet/washer etc generally in 24 hours. When my heat pump failed, it did take nearly a month to get a replacement unit, though. I still had resistance heat. The pool facility is nice. Parking spaces are tight. I never had a crime problem. The trash container is a problem, and by the weekend is generally overflowing. Only the staff can operate the compactor it seems. Mostly, this is the tenants' fault for not waiting an extra day until the trash bin is emptied. They have regular maintenance including: painting all the trim, exterior window washing, power washing of the siding, A/C filter replacement, checks for heater leaks, etc. They just announced plans to sell the units so I don't know what that will mean, but the management company Bozzuto has been excellent to date.
