Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
For the majority, I haven't had any major problems with the apartment or management. They're just old buildings. So get an apartment on the top floor...unless you want to hear every single footstep and floor board creak from above. Some nights I can't even sleep if the neighbor above is walking around.

One great plus is that they're secure buildings.
