Pros:
Inexpensive (for the DC area), relatively large apartments
Clean
Nice walking trail behind the complex
Kids - lots of young families, so it's relatively safe

Cons:
Paper thin ceilings - I can hear the guy upstairs all the time. I don't even want to know what he's doing
Office Staff - they gave me a hard time getting a parking permit because I have out of state plates! Give me a break! I'm a paying resident, stupid.
Lots and lots of kids - don't even think of using the pool on a sunny day.
Laundry - $2.50 a load'
