Poor Maintenance. Water shutoff at least once a week and that too with prior notice of less than 4-6 hours. Yes, you can come back from work and be greeted with a water shutoff notice. In case of emergencies (like no water through out the night, the community does not have a policy of making alternate lodging arrangements or reimbursing you for your expenses). Thin walls mean you have the additional entertainment of listening to neighbors' conversations. Frequent problems. Afterhours maintenance folks not receptive. 2-3 day response for minor problems too. Moths and Bugs on community. Community has a pet policy that is not followed.
