I lived at Brighton Village for 2 years. My first year, I lived in a top floor apartment and I was quite happy. I questioned the safety of the complex a couple of times but overall, I felt safe. The apartments were nice and I had plenty of space.

My second year I moved and ended up in a first floor apartment. This was a horrible year. The neighbor above me was a large man and I heard every step he took. No matter what the hour, my apartment was filled with noise from his steps, TV and music. I was in hell.
