Decide to stay only if you are ready to pay high utility bills

The windows and balcony doors are not properly insulated with the weather strips either worn out or fallen apart at several places. No use of requesting the management to change the weather strips of the windows. They will ask you to buy plastic sheets and tape it on your windows. This might help if you can compromise with the sunlight and aesthetic value of the apartment and don't forget that this is fire-hazardous too. But you just can't tape plastic sheets on your balcony doors. On top of that the cooling/heating is not effective and efficient and be prepared to close all your vents in the living room every night for the hot/cold air to reach your bedroom while you sleep. This is what I have been advised to do by the management. If you have still decided to live here be prepared to deal with a rude and arrogant manager and staff.
