This apartment is a big NO for fitness freaks. The maintenance of the the Gym is very very very poor. This is not a new , state of the art fitness center as claimed. There are a few hundered apartments in this community but the Gym is so small that it is a little bigger a Master bedroom. Even this is not maintained properly. There are ony two tread mills out of which one is out of order since more than 6 months. There is only one Universal machine for doing weights( No dumbells or other bench press equipment) only one Unversal machine. Even this needs a repair. Repeated complaints to the management fall on deaf ears. If this Gym is called state of the art. then we have to redefine the term "state of the art". We are in an age when the everyone is realising the importance of physical activity and healthy living. but the management doesnt seem to care. The reason everyone prefer to go to a Gym within the community than drive to a fitness center a few miles is because of convenience. Hope the management realises this and maintain the Gym properly. I am eagerly waiting for my lease to be over so that I can move out from here to a community which understands this need of the the residents.
This is not the place to stay for people who look for the convenience of a Gym in the community.
