One important thing about bryghton village is dont ever try to complain about the facilities. If you do, what you already have will be also be take away.
For example, after bearing for a long time with the sub standard maintenance of the Gym (which management claims to be state of the art), some residents complained. They hoped that it will be maintained properly, and all equipment will be repaired like it usually happens at any residential place.
But realised later that it does not happen here.
Instead of reparing the equipment, they closed it down completely, ofcourse in the name of Maintenance. This is the 3rd month that this Gym is closed for Maintenance. The repairs could easily be done in a day. No one knows when this Maintenance will be completed.
Just wanted to alert prospective tenants to be mentally prepared.

Obviously you have not called the rental office. It is closed for renovation not maintenance. Apparently they have expanded the area and ordered brand new equipment.

Maybe you are a new guy. Keep calling the rental office.. You will get the same reply. "We are ordering new equipment". Whatever the term "Renovation" or "Maintenance". Its closed. thats all matters and this is the 4th month. However big maintenance is Ooops sorry Renovation is, taking this much time is not proper. Initially it was closed for little over one month. This is the 4th month now. I have seen single family houses built in that time period.
