I moved to maryland from Massachusetts and did not know the area that well. I really lucked out at Brighton Village. I have been here for 3 years and have really enjoyed it.
PROs:
Quiet complex and neighbors seem to be considerate.
Work out facility, indoor/outdoor pool. Hiking trails in back of complex. Playground nearby.
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Most maintenance requests completed in 1-3 days.
Gas appliances.
Well lit at night, security on premise at night, secured access to each building.
Good amount of windows in apartments.
Laundry room in each building.
Near grocery stores, mall, close to I-270, off main street.
They have military clause for military members
CONs:
Laundry is a bit expensive $1.25 each to wash and dry.
Office does not accept packages for tenants, you tend to have to go to UPS/FEDEX on your own.
Parking can be tight, if you get home late.
Alot of children in complex

Overall I would highly recommend Brighton village!!!
