Used to be a good, safe place.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007
 
I moved in around 2000, and it was great; management office very attentive, neighbors friendly, lawns always kept up, etc. Now (2007), parking lots aren't maintained after mild snowfall (ice everywhere), grass in lawn areas have died-so have many of the trees, neighbors are NOISY, management doesn't care to fix ANY problems (leaks, noise, crime, etc.) If I had enough money to leave, I'd move out in a minute.
