I lived there for two years and cannot complain too much. The major problem for me and my family was a bad sound insulation. Management was responsive, didn't have any problems with them. After I left, they returned my deposit in two months without any hassle.
pros: adequate management, great park nearby, new windows, good floor plan, good price
cons: bad sound insulation, sometimes noisy construction work.
