The recent incedents of armed robbery is a big concern at Brighton village. Moreover, the management is reluctant to add street lamps at the dark place, saying, "bright areas will attract more crime". The management is just looking for money and increasing the rents every year but no facilities. The staff members & management members are not courteous and they dictate their own terms.
The buildings are old and there are lot of noise from the top floors. No proper maintenance.

Yes, there was two armed robberies during that period. They were both when residents were walking to or from their apts. There is crime everywhere in the world. Especially when you live in a big city. However, management was quick to inform everyone of these incidences; invite everyone to a safety meeting and create a neighborhood watch.
