Long story short .... just stay away from this apartment.
Horrible management and rude behavior from staff, of course, only after once you sign the lease.
Only good thing about apartment is that it has lot of parking place, still you cars get towed away in night sometime.

I would leave TODAY if I could, and I have been living there since 2001. Your point abt management and lack of problem-solving skills even a hamster could master are 100% accurate. I am utterly fed up with living in this apt. complex.
